Multi chip small LED (array type): due to its inherent defects in structure, there is no luminous focus, the luminous optical system is unreasonable, and the useful light efficiency is relatively low, and its advantages are not effectively played out. For example, array LED has a current of more than 1000mA, which is only the size of a penny, so heat dissipation has become a problem. LED is most afraid of high temperature operation. At the same time, the production requirements of multi chip LED are very strict, each chip can not have a little difference in performance, otherwise it will constitute a thin defect, a chip broken will be scattered to the whole machine.

Although the general PCB circuit board does not affect the operation of general equipment, its heat dissipation and thermal conductivity are poor, which can not conduct the heat generated during led operation to the lamp shell in time and quickly. Instead, due to the poor thermal conductivity, the heat is concentrated on the PCB circuit board itself. Especially for the equipment with high heat output such as infrared lamp, no matter how good the lamp shell is. The selection of double-layer aluminum substrate can well deal with the problem that the heat of LED cannot be quickly dissipated. It adds a layer of aluminum heat sink in the LED and PCB circuit board, which not only does not affect the normal operation of LED, but also makes the heat generated during led operation transmit to the cast aluminum lamp shell in time and quickly, so as to ensure the stable operation of the whole equipment and extend the service life of the equipment as far as possible.
Secondly, it is to look at the number of lamps. For lamps with the same interval, of course, the less the number of tubes, the longer the life of the infrared lamp. For example, if a 200 meter infrared lamp uses nearly a thousand tubes, then the life of the lamp will not exceed two years. Such a product is not available for after-sales service. The reason is very simple, with good quality lamps, infrared radiation power is large, energy loss is small, life is long, and the price is relatively high.
Another point is the matching problem of night vision system. Many projects require that the night vision interval is far, so it is not easy to achieve the desired results. Generally speaking, the ability of the colorful non day night conversion camera (single CCD) to receive infrared light is weak. The dual CCD camera can better deal with this problem, but the price may be slightly higher; the lens with smaller aperture value and suitable focal length should be selected for lens selection.
