Notes on Application
1: When using the glass CO2 laser tube, please switch on the cooling water first, select the principle of low in and high out, adjust the direction of the outlet pipe, ensure that the cooling water is full of the cooling pipe, there is no bubble in the pipe, and then turn on the power supply. The laser tube should be operated under the premise of ensuring the normal water circulation, and the operation without water will cause the laser tube to burst. Requirements: soft water (distilled water or purified water) should be used as cooling water, and the water temperature should be controlled at 5-35 degrees, not too high or too low. Especially in summer, once the water temperature is too high, the cooling water should be replaced in time or shut down for a period of time; the cooling water in cold areas should not be frozen, especially after the laser is shut down Stay in the laser tube to avoid cracking due to freezing of cooling water. (special attention: for users using alternating current, the cooling water tank must be grounded);
2: The two supporting points of the laser tube should be at the point of 1 / 4 of the total length of the laser tube to ensure that the cooling water flow rate is 2l-4l / min; otherwise, if the function is not good, it will cause mode hopping, and the light spot will change several points, resulting in power reduction; the cooling water return port in the water tank must be covered by water, otherwise the cooling water in the laser tube will not be filled fully every time the machine is turned off
3: Pay attention to protect the output window of the laser to avoid the smog spattering on the surface of the output window during the operation (including the adjustment of the optical path), and avoid the pollution of the external surface of the output window, and the power will drop. At this time, the external surface of the output window can be quietly scrubbed with absorbent cotton or silk cloth dipped in absolute alcohol;
4、 If it is found that there is no circulating water, the laser tube has been working for a period of time, but fortunately, the laser tube has not burst, so it must not be connected with water immediately. It should be stopped and cooled naturally, and then water can be supplied when the temperature of laser tube drops. Or it will burst at once
5: The high voltage power supply wiring of laser needs reliable insulation.
6: Please pay attention to: avoid dust accumulation near the high-voltage electrode, adhere to drying, and keep the high-voltage end away from the metal as far as possible to prevent high-voltage ignition and discharge.
7: The reasonable temperature of circulating water (0-40 ℃) should be ensured. If the water temperature is too high, the laser life will be affected. If the water temperature is too high, it should be replaced in time
8、 To ensure a longer life of the laser tube, try to operate continuously for 5 hours and shut down for half an hour.
9、 Reasonable application of laser tube can save laser energy. The best power of laser tube is less than 80% of its own power.
10、 Laser tubes with different powers should not exceed the maximum operating current according to the technical specifications.
