If your laser tube inner wall has been polluted, please clean it as follows:
1. Ensure that the positive and negative connection of laser tube and the water inlet and outlet pipe of cooling water are removed under the condition of power failure.
2. Vent the cooling water in the water-cooled pipe of the laser tube, seal the output end of the laser tube with adhesive tape to prevent the water pollution during cleaning to output the laser lens.
3. Commissioning hydrofluoric acid solution, commissioning ratio 1:1000 (hydrofluoric acid: water), inject the commissioning water solution (or use glass cleaner) into the cooling pipe of laser tube until it is filled.
4. Place the plane for 30 minutes, shake evenly after placing, and release the water solution after shaking for 3 minutes.
5. After venting, wash with a large amount of clean water to prevent the residual corrosion of glass in the water solution. If there is still large dust scale not cleaned, the cleaning method in front can be repeated. The soaking time shall not exceed 30 minutes. After soaking, rinse with clean water immediately.
6. After cleaning, wipe the remaining liquid on the wall, outlet and high pressure end with water absorption data, and pay attention to prevent damaging the electrode column of laser tube.
7. Remove the sealing tape at the output end of the laser tube to ensure that there is no pollution to the lens. After the laser lens is blocked, install the laser tube according to the installation process.
Note: hydrofluoric acid has certain corrosiveness. Please use it according to the instructions. Laser tube is a precision device mainly based on glass data. It is not allowed to soak the whole branch pipe into hydrofluoric acid solution.
