Precautions for application:
1. A reliable laser power supply must be provided. Each laser tube with different power will be matched with the corresponding laser power supply. The laser tube burst is caused by mismatching
2. It must be used under excellent circulating water cooling conditions. The flow rate of cooling water is 2l-4l / min. if the cooling effect is not good, the film will jump, the power will drop and even the laser tube will burst
3. Use the principle of cooling water low in and high out, adjust the water pipe to ensure that there is no bubble in the pipe. Soft water (distilled water or purified water) is used for cooling water. Pay attention that the maximum water temperature should not be higher than 30 ℃, and the minimum temperature should not make the water inside freeze. The most suitable temperature is 15-25 ℃. There should be no scale in the pipe to avoid blocking the cooling water. If there is scale, it can be cleaned with 20% dilute hydrochloric acid.
The newly used laser tube is pink, very gorgeous, and white after aging, very dim. Generally, the shelf life of low-power CO2 laser tubes is three months, and the service life is 2000 hours. The CO2 laser tubes above 100W can be used for 5000 to 10000 hours, and the persistence period can be guaranteed to be 10 months to 1 year. However, the standard of free replacement varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and the replacement procedure also depends on their after-sales service.
The difference between the laser tube and the foreign CO 2 laser: the processing purpose and application of domestic glass laser (i.e. laser tube) are basically the same as that of imported laser. There are great differences in appearance, structure, longevity and function. In terms of price, there is a big difference. For the same power, the imported laser is about dozens of times that of the domestic laser. (the same longevity also varies greatly. The imported CO2 laser can be used repeatedly, and the domestic glass laser tube is generally used as one-time use). Therefore, the domestic glass laser has been recognized by domestic and foreign customers for its low price, economic and practical.
