There are two kinds of high-pressure ignition in 80W, 100W, 130W and 150W laser tubes. The obvious sound of firecrackers can be heard in both kinds of ignition. The fault phenomenon is divided into two kinds of phenomena: the ignition inside the laser tube and the ignition outside the tube. During the investigation, the significant discharge arc can be seen in the pipe when the pipe is ignited, and the significant arc can be seen at the ignition place when the ignition is outside the pipe. The ignition outside the pipe is mainly at the high-voltage joint or near the high-voltage line.
Cause of the problem:
(1) Ignition in the tube:
After power on, the positive or negative ends of the laser tube ignite. It is concluded that the laser tube is damaged.
(2) Ignition outside the tube:
(1) Poor contact. The high pressure connector is loose.
(2) There is too much moisture at the high pressure joint and the ambient air is wet. The high voltage connector discharges outward, causing ignition.
(3) There is damage. High voltage line leakage.
Solution for ignition outside the tube:
(1) To see if there is looseness, pull the two ends of the high-voltage connector. When welding the welding terminal on the laser tube, the welding terminal should be fast and can not be heated for a long time to prevent the welding interface from heating loose. If the welding joint shakes, it is also easy to ignite. If it is really loose, it needs to be re welded.
(2) At ordinary times, the periphery of the laser tube should be dried, and the water condensation of the laser tube should not be allowed; the air at the high-pressure joint should be dry, and there should be no moisture on the high-pressure connector seat in wet weather.
(3) High voltage line must be replaced when it is damaged, and can not be wrapped with electrical tape.
(4) The high pressure end of the laser tube is more than 15cm away from the metal shell.
(5) Wrap the positive part of laser tube with preservative film to avoid dust and static electricity.
(6) After the high-voltage line of laser tube and the high-voltage line of power supply are covered with heat shrinkable tube or high-voltage tape, and then covered with silica gel tube. It should be fixed on the laser tube to avoid shaking.
Note: high voltage ignition will cause the main board to work abnormally, and in serious cases, the main board can be damaged.
