(3) Whether the guiding light signal is in the low-level state under the marking state. If the signal of guide light is low level (pin22 pin is "0" level) in marking state, if the signal of guide light is high level ('1' level), the laser is preferred to output guide light.
(4) Check whether the signal of pin18 and pin19 is normal.
(5) Check whether the power supply wiring of the laser is correct, + 24V and GND are connected reversely, and whether the ground wire is grounded.
(6) Check whether the wiring of DB25 serial port of the laser is correctly connected according to the wiring definition.
(7) Check whether the power supply of the marking card is normal, and whether the signal of controlling laser is normal (see the definition of DB25 port for detailed signal definition).
